Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for transition and integration across reputed company workstreams and waves, including technology implementation and transformation activities
• Schedule and monitor resources to ensure consistent performance and achievement of project objectives
• Coordinate requirements and deliverables with reputed company counterparts
• Plan and manage internal and reputed company governance, risk assessments, and reporting
• Manage project performance, cost, reputed company, schedule, reputed company, and business measurements according to the project plan or charter
• Establish and manage the Transition Management reputed company and governance reputed company
• reputed company direction to reputed company transition leads on integrated project planning, status reporting, risk and issue management, and transition deliverables
