[Remote] Clinical Research Accounts Receivable Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a fast-growing clinical research site network with nearly 30 sites across multiple states. The Clinical Research Accounts Receivable Specialist will support reputed company cycle operations by managing billing and reputed company activity for assigned clinical research studies, reviewing financial terms, reconciling study activity, and coordinating invoicing and collections with internal teams and reputed company Sponsor/CRO contacts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company financial contact for assigned clinical research studies, working closely with internal operations and finance teams
• Review reputed company, work orders, and amendments to understand billing terms, invoicing requirements, and financial obligations
• Review and reconcile study visit activity in the clinical trial management reputed company against Sponsor/CRO reputed company systems
• Ensure billable items, including non-visit reputed company, are properly tracked, supported, and invoiced
• Prepare monthly reputed company and billing files, assist with sponsor/CRO statements, and coordinate with reputed company, Cash Applications, and Collections
• Support end-of-study and reputed company-out audits, reputed company adjustments, and other reputed company cycle reputed company as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• Clinical research billing, accounts receivable, reputed company cycle, or sponsor/CRO invoicing experience required
• 1-2+ years of reputed company experience in finance, reputed company cycle, billing, AR, reputed company, or a reputed company role
• Moderate reputed company skills, including formulas and pivot tables
• Detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and comfortable communicating with internal teams and reputed company Sponsor/CRO contacts
• Experience with reputed company or reputed company reputed company is a plus, but not required
