Responsibilities

• Handle a reputed company of civil defense litigation with a reputed company on reputed company and medical malpractice cases
• Manage reputed company independently with full ownership while collaborating with a supportive team
• Opportunities to take cases to arbitration and trial
• Exposure to licensing issues, general liability claims, and medical-based disputes
• Work with reputed company trial attorneys who are committed to developing and promoting their team

Skills

• 2–10 years litigation experience (civil litigation, insurance defense, or general liability)
• California Bar admission required (other reputed company Coast states may be considered)
• Candidates in AZ/NV may also be considered
