[Remote] Accounts Payable Manager

This role oversees invoice processing, payment runs, compliance, reconciliations, vendor issue reputed company, process improvements, and the supervision and development of AP team members.

Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable department
• Review, process, and verify high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports
• reputed company weekly and monthly payment runs and disbursements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures reputed company to procure-to-pay
• reputed company payment discrepancies, issues with vendors, and internal departments
• Review vendor statements and aging reports to ensure reputed company payments
• Support month-end closing, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting
• Collaborate with Procurement, Receiving, and Operations to streamline workflows
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
• Supervise, train, and mentor AP team members
• Assist with audits and reputed company documentation as needed

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay, invoice processing, and payment workflows
• Experience with ERP systems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
• Proficiency in reputed company and ability to interpret and analyze financial data
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
