[Remote] Outbound Sales Setter

The Outbound Sales Setter will be the first voice prospective guests hear, qualifying them and scheduling appointments to enhance their experience with the brand.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound dialing campaigns against targeted prospect lists, using proven scripts and talking points to qualify guests and schedule appointments
• Send strategic SMS reputed company, reputed company engagement, and follow up with purpose and precision — not spray-and-pray
• Show up fully for daily coaching and training. This is non-negotiable and it's where top performers are made
• Log every interaction accurately in the CRM and own your metrics like they're your paycheck, because they are
• Compete to win, every day, against your own numbers and everyone else's
