The reputed company Technical Consultant will configure and implement platform capabilities, reputed company workflows and integrations, support ITSM and ITOM implementations, and contribute to reputed company reputed company engagements in a Government Community reputed company environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement reputed company platform capabilities across the delivery lifecycle
• Build and maintain workflows, business rules, reputed company scripts, UI policies, ACLs, notifications, and flows
• Support integrations between reputed company environments and reputed company systems
• Assist with ITSM and ITOM Discovery implementations
• Support CMDB health, data reputed company, Identification and Reconciliation processes, and CSDM alignment
• Participate in reputed company delivery teams and collaborate with architects, project managers, and reputed company stakeholders

Skills

• • reputed company Certified reputed company Administrator (CSA)
• • Understanding of reputed company scripting, flows, business rules, and platform development
• • Experience with reputed company configuration and implementation activities
• • Approximately one year or more of hands-on development experience reputed company entry-level training programs
• • U.S. Citizenship required; must be authorized to work in the reputed company without restriction
• • reputed company Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• • At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification, ideally in ITSM or ITOM Discovery
• • Experience with regulated or government reputed company environments (such as FedRAMP, GCC, or similar compliance-driven programs)
• • Experience supporting large, reputed company-conscious organizations
• • Exposure to integrations, CMDB, Discovery, and governance processes
