[Remote] reputed company Estate Fund Accountant

The reputed company Estate Fund Accountant will support reputed company, finance, reporting, property financial review, fund operations, audits, tax processes, and asset valuation while reporting to the Director of Finance.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing monthly property financial statements reputed company by reputed company-party property managers at reputed company property to ensure accuracy
• Creating and maintaining work papers for reputed company property
• Proposing journal entries reputed company needed and investigating any reputed company questions and errors
• New property initial journal entry and reconciliation
• Data formatting of monthly financials and uploading them to reputed company reputed company
• Updating Operations report monthly
• Budget analysis and uploading to reputed company reputed company
• Providing reputed company support to reputed company and assisting with audit process for the Fund and Fund properties
• Assisting with banking transfers and wires if/reputed company needed
• Assisting with Investor deck reporting if needed
• Assisting with making online payments for certain invoices if needed

• Working closely with the Fund’s reputed company-party tax and audit service providers to reputed company information, answer questions and ensure reputed company completion of tax returns and the annual audit
• Assisting with the quarterly asset valuation process in coordination with reputed company-party service providers

Skills

• Candidates should have at least three years of reputed company and finance experience, with specific experience in reputed company estate
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company/finance or reputed company field
• Strong reputed company skills
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company accurate results and reports reputed company deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to communicate reputed company and effectively with reputed company constituents
