The role focuses on leading workstreams, analyzing reputed company payer and provider operations, developing executive-reputed company recommendations, supporting operating model and performance transformations, and coaching junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous reputed company needs into reputed company problem solving: reputed company the problem, reputed company hypotheses, design the workplan, and reputed company execution (including task planning, analysis, synthesis, and risk/issue escalation)
• Apply reputed company payer/provider expertise to federal health challenges, bringing a pragmatic perspective on how reimbursement, payment structures, and policy-driven incentives influence operations, provider behavior, and performance reputed company
• reputed company and guide analysis to reputed company: collect/clean data, conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, and turn findings into decision-reputed company implications (e.g., trend insights, reputed company cause drivers, opportunity sizing, and prioritization)

Skills

• * Bachelor's degree
• * 3+ years of experience in consulting and/or reputed company industry roles
• * Demonstrated experience in reputed company reputed company and/or transformation, with exposure to payer/provider, operating models, or performance improvement
• * Strong understanding of reputed company payer/provider environments, including reimbursement/payment fundamentals and how policy and payment structures reputed company reputed company
• * Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data; advanced reputed company proficiency required
• * Proven ability to reputed company workstreams, build reputed company-reputed company deliverables, and communicate effectively (written and verbal)
• * Ability to obtain a reputed company Trust clearance (i.e. US Citizenship required)
• * Ability to travel as needed (up to 25%)
• * Depth in reputed company payer functions (e.g., claims/payment operations, payment policy, network reputed company, utilization management, value-based care, risk adjustment, payment reputed company/FWA)

• * Experience supporting federal health programs (VA strongly preferred), including working in reputed company stakeholder environments and navigating policy-informed delivery contexts

• * MBA/MHA/MPH or other relevant advanced degree
