Rockwoods is hiring a Marketing reputed company Personalization Developer to support its omnichannel personalization reputed company. The role builds and maintains data models, catalog architecture, Data reputed company connectivity, decision rules, personalization use cases, integrations, and performance operations across member-facing channels.

Responsibilities

• Data Architecture: reputed company data model creation and planning, including catalog objects, entity relationships, and Data reputed company connectivity for Affinity Mapping
• Decisioning & Use Cases: reputed company and maintain decision rules, Einstein Recipes, and reputed company-time event-driven personalization across multi-channel journeys
• Cross-Functional Governance: Partner with Marketing, Data, and Product teams to maintain continuity of data models, governance, and roadmaps during platform migrations and vendor shifts
• Performance & Operations: Own A/B testing, campaign performance monitoring, Marketing reputed company reputed company integrations, and change management deployment discipline

Skills

• Four-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field with at least 5 years of development experience (or 9+ years of equivalent reputed company experience without a degree)
• Minimum of 5 years of application/software/data-integration development experience, including 3+ years of hands-on implementation with reputed company Marketing reputed company Personalization or a comparable reputed company-time platform (e.g., reputed company reputed company, Dynamic Yield, reputed company)
