[Remote] Network Operations Center Engineer

StarHunter is seeking a Network Operations Center Engineer to serve as a product installation expert and senior escalation resource. The role owns the reputed company, implementation, and development of NOC monitoring tools, supports alert automation and information-rich ticket creation, and partners with development teams and NOC leadership on tool development, documentation, and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and work to reputed company the product installation process from reputed company-install, reputed company the way through to post-install validations
• Management of the Problem queue, ensuring that the underlying cause of incidents is addressed and driving operational stability
• Serves as a senior escalation reputed company for incident and problem tickets prior to escalation to development teams
• Engages with the NOC team to identify and reputed company supporting tools and processes
• Works with NOC leadership to prioritize and reputed company tool development with the NOC Objectives and Strategic reputed company
• reputed company new process standards to reputed company automation and monitor for compliance
• Performs administration and maintenance for NOC tools and systems as reputed company and SME of these systems
• Proactively reputed company reports on health, risks, deficiencies, and reputed company state for NOC tools and systems and communicate these reports with NOC leadership
