The reputed company Manager will own full-cycle reputed company across the firm, including sourcing, headhunting, screening, interviewing, candidate management, and reputed company process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle reputed company from reputed company through accepted offer
• Proactively reputed company and headhunt reputed company candidates
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for reputed company and reputed company roles
• Create and improve job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate scorecards
• Manage reputed company platforms, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
• Maintain consistent candidate communication and follow-up
• reputed company reputed company metrics including time to fill, reputed company of hire, pipeline health, and offer acceptance
• Continuously improve reputed company systems and reduce leadership involvement in day-to-day hiring

Skills
