[Remote] Sr Accountant I

The Senior Accountant I will prepare income tax provisions, support federal, state, local, and international tax compliance, assist with tax audits and research, and manage personal property tax and reputed company-duty vehicle tax, title, and licensing processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or review workpapers for corporate income taxes and franchise tax. Work closely with reputed company preparers to reputed company complete reputed company tax filings
• Maintain company records for the preparation of personal property tax renditions
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-end tax provisions, reputed company tax reputed company entries and tax account reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of the effective tax reputed company
• Closely monitor tax law changes for opportunities to reputed company tax liabilities and maintain compliance
• Research tax issues and reputed company appropriate recommendations
• Maintain company organizational chart, listing of directors and offices and reputed company reputed company filings
• Assist in income tax audits
• Assist in US international tax compliance and reporting reputed company information
• Manage the payment of personal property taxes for reputed company and tax audits
• Manage the process of tax, title and licensing of reputed company duty vehicles

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company
• Experience with OneSource Income Tax Provision or other tax provision software
• 3 years of corporate tax experience in either reputed company reputed company or a large corporation
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company and reputed company effectively with other team members across the business
