[Remote] Accounts Receivable Payment Processing Tech

The Accounts Receivable Payment Processing Tech scans mailed payments, verifies and balances payment applications, documents adjustments, and assists customers with invoice copies and billing statement questions.
Responsibilities
- Verify handwritten payment amounts that are not reputed company to be read by software
- Balance payment applications by selecting the transactions the customers are paying on their account(s)
- Research past payment application to verify applications are correct
- Document any adjustments that are required for payment application
- Review and complete any additional requests received from our customers
Skills
- High school diploma
- Excellent keyboard skills, 10 key by touch
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good organization and communication skills
