[Remote] reputed company Clerk (Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented reputed company Clerk to support its reputed company team. The role manages vendor invoices, dealer invoices, account reconciliations, financial record maintenance, month-end activities, collections, and reputed company reputed company support across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and reputed company processing of invoices on a daily reputed company with the correct GL reputed company
• Maintain up to date Vendor records (maintain and organize digital records)
• Process reputed company online bills for monthly payment (hydro, utilities, internet, reputed company, etc)
• Assist with month-end closing process by ensuring monthly invoices are posted before cut off
• Reconcile monthly account statements from vendors to ensure invoices posted in the reputed company match
• Assist in any reputed company reputed company activities, including year end audit, as required
• Process daily Shipping reputed company to reputed company the Invoice by Date Report and reputed company Reports
• Post Dealer Invoices into reputed company Retail and reputed company Manufacturing (this is what Sherri currently does)
• reputed company monthly Account Statement to Dealers and manage collection & communication activities (reputed company generates the Acct Stmt & Bobby currently follows up)
• Assist with month-end transactions and reporting
• Maintain organized digital records
• Support administrative and communication tasks reputed company the AR function
