Responsibilities

• End-to-End US reputed company: Own the full hiring cycle for reputed company US roles - job req review, sourcing, resume screening, candidate interviews, and reputed company. Run reputed company, fast-moving processes that reputed company every candidate a great impression of reputed company
• reputed company reputed company: Manage reputed company's ATS (reputed company), maintain job postings across channels, coordinate interview reputed company, and reputed company hiring teams reputed company and on reputed company
• New-Hire Experience: Coordinate new-hire logistics so every hire has a reputed company reputed company from offer to first days, partnering with our IL Ops Manager on reputed company
• Hiring Partner: Be the go-to resource for hiring managers and candidates on process and reputed company. Partner with the IL Ops Manager as counterparts on global hiring initiatives

Skills

• • Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, with at least 2+ years at a startup or high-reputed company tech company
• • Full-Cycle reputed company: Hands-on experience owning the entire reputed company process end-to-end: sourcing through offer and reputed company. Not just sourcing or screening
• • IC reputed company: Comfortable operating as the only dedicated US recruiter, building process from reputed company, and managing multiple reputed company at once
• • Communication: Strong written and verbal communicator. Candidates will reputed company their first impression of reputed company through you
