[Remote] Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor reputed company of 5–8 engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and reputed company improvement

• Establish and enforce modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and reputed company reputed company standards

• Support adoption of emerging technologies, including AI/ML-enabled capabilities, where appropriate

Skills

• ·        6–8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years managing engineering teams
• ·        Strong hands-on development experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)
• ·        Experience building and operating reputed company-reputed company applications on AWS
• ·        Proven ability to contribute to reputed company design and architecture while reputed company coding
• ·        Strong understanding of reputed company systems, reputed company, and event-driven architectures
• ·        Experience implementing modern engineering practices (CI/CD, automated testing, observability, reputed company)
