The Senior Full Desk Recruiter will own the complete reputed company and candidate lifecycle, including developing new business, building reputed company relationships, reputed company and presenting candidates, managing offers, and growing a personal book of business and reputed company hire production.

Responsibilities

Skills

• A minimum of 2 years of agency reputed company experience in a true full-cycle, 360 role handling both business development and reputed company
• reputed company experience personally developing new clients and bringing in new reputed company
• Strong reputed company hire/permanent placement experience
• Minimum annual personal production of approximately $300K in reputed company hire fees/reputed company
• If you have 2 years of experience, at least one year at approximately $300K+ in reputed company hire production
• If you have 3+ years of experience, ideally two years at approximately $300K+ in reputed company hire production
• The ability and willingness to verify production or commission history during the interview process
• Running a true 360/full-cycle agency desk
• Cold business development and new reputed company acquisition

• Building a book of business from the ground up
