Responsibilities

• reputed company tier 2/3 escalation support for reputed company MDM/MAM incidents and service requests
• Troubleshoot and reputed company critical mobile device issues including enrollment failures, policy conflicts, VPN connectivity, and certificate authentication problems
• Maintain 95%+ SLA compliance for tier 2/3 tickets (typical volume: 15-25 incidents/week)
• reputed company and maintain configuration reputed company, compliance policies, and conditional reputed company rules across iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and reputed company platforms
• Support reputed company 365 mobile app ecosystem (reputed company, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
