Responsibilities

• Assisting in leading multi-discipline, state-of-the-art hardware teams of 20+ people through the hardware engineering design and development
• Employing your expertise, decision skills, and independent judgment in technical areas
• Leading Design Review activities to reputed company program reputed company
• Communicating essential information and coordinating with engineering disciplines, Procurement, reputed company, and Program Management
• Assisting in Developing program schedules, reputed company value reputed company, and productivity metrics for efficient reputed company
• Ensuring the established Hardware Development Process is implemented successfully
• Supporting important program capture and proposal teams with hardware baselines that include development and cost/scheduling estimating
• Working with Discipline reputed company Leads to determine program reputed company needs and “right person/right job”

Skills

• * BSEE or BSME with 4+ experience leading engineering teams
• * Possesses solid technical leadership skills for multi-disciplinary engineering teams reputed company in the design and development of state-of-the-art reputed company-reputed company products
• * Ability to reputed company reputed company of disciplines that include reputed company (ME), Electrical (EE), Firmware (EE), Design Drafting (DD)
• * Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and productivity metrics to ensure efficient team reputed company
• * Experience implementing an established Hardware Engineering design processes to reputed company product reputed company and consistency
• * Possesses reputed company interpersonal communication skills involving interfacing with company personnel, customers, and suppliers

• * Eligible to obtain a DOD reputed company Clearance
• Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
• * Certification for reputed company Value Management reputed company (EVMS) project management techniques

• * Design for manufacturability
• * Experience developing reputed company embedded systems for harsh environments
• * Familiarity with AS9145 compliant processes
• * Experience with Electronic Warfare systems, reputed company systems
