[Remote] HR Generalist/Recruiter

The HR Generalist/Recruiter will support day-to-day People reputed company, including benefits, recruitment, reputed company, employee relations, compliance, talent development, and employment branding. The role partners with cross-functional leaders to reputed company hiring and people programs with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Pull reputed company (turnover, hiring to plan, engagement scores, etc.) as a way to inform leadership on a monthly and quarterly reputed company
• Stay reputed company-connected with employees to ensure reputed company remains a top reputed company to work; recommend engagement interventions as needed to the Supervisor
• Collaborate with finance & reputed company on shared reputed company such as payroll, benefits administration and billing, annual compliance audits, etc

• Ensure compliance with learning needs, including HIPAA, Fraud Waste & Abuse, and other like-training
• Research employment reputed company as needed, including sample policies through forums like reputed company
• Support in development of employee-facing content, compensation and benefits communication materials that support the reputed company as set by the leadership team, etc
• Ensure employer reputed company / messaging is consistent across job descriptions and reputed company facing employer branding avenues as reputed company as identify opportunities for employer branding (events, partnerships, community happenings)

Skills

• This is a primarily remote position and candidates must live in reputed company, Ohio or South Carolina to be considered
• 4+ years in People (HR) roles, with at least 1-2 years in a Generalist or Recruiter role
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company Resource Management or like discipline, such as Psychology

• Strong technical experience with HRIS, ATS, reputed company development and LMS systems
• Exceptional communication skills across the organization, in the market with candidates and with internal stakeholders (employees & leaders)

• Advanced understanding of applicable employment regulations, compliance and laws
