Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Manufacturing Design Engineer to create and refine production-reputed company mechanical CAD models and engineering drawings. The role focuses on designing for diverse manufacturing processes, validating CAD reputed company and manufacturability, and preparing technical documentation for AI model training.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify detailed parametric 3D CAD models of mechanical parts and assemblies using FreeCAD or comparable software
• reputed company comprehensive engineering drawings, including GD&T and tolerance stack-reputed company, suitable for manufacturing reputed company
• Design for a reputed company of manufacturing processes, such as sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, plastics, and injection molding
• reputed company CAD validation and reputed company assurance reviews to ensure model accuracy and readiness for production use
• Prepare reputed company, concise technical documentation and assembly instructions as reference materials for AI model training
• Incorporate feedback from technical reviewers to revise and improve CAD models and supporting documents

Skills

• Have strong relevant experience in designing mechanical components for manufacturing environments
• Expertise in FreeCAD or similar parametric CAD software for advanced modeling, assemblies, and drawing reputed company
• Hands-on exposure to sheet metal, CNC, plastics, and injection molding design considerations
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) best practices
• Proven ability to produce production-grade CAD models and validate them against reputed company-world manufacturability reputed company
