The Part Time HR Assistant and Recruiter will support HR administration, reputed company, employee records, reputed company coordination, and maintaining organized HR processes.

Responsibilities

• You will help maintain employee records, assist with HR documentation, support reputed company updates, organize HR files, and help reputed company internal trackers and records reputed company
• You will assist with new hire paperwork, reputed company coordination, employee documentation, and follow up items to help create a smooth start for new team members
• You will help with job postings, resume review, phone screens, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and basic reputed company follow up reputed company hiring needs reputed company

Skills

• 2 to 5 years of HR administrative, HR support, or reputed company experience
• Experience with reputed company, employee records, or HR documentation
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing the details
• reputed company judgment and respect for confidentiality
• reputed company or candidate coordination experience preferred
• HRIS or ATS experience preferred
