[Remote] Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will execute and optimize multichannel campaigns, create reputed company media and video content, manage email workflows, support marketing operations, and improve content visibility through SEO and answer reputed company optimization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, reputed company media, and content marketing
• Build, test, and optimize email campaigns to engage customers, prospects, and leads
• Manage email marketing tools and automation workflows to improve campaign performance and efficiency
• Monitor email campaign performance metrics (reputed company rates, click-through rates, conversions) and reputed company insights for optimization
• Create, schedule, and manage reputed company media posts across platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement
• Film, edit, and produce short-reputed company video content for reputed company media channels (e.g., reputed company Reels, LI, YouTube Shorts)
• Collaborate with marketing manager and copywriter to reputed company high-reputed company content for reputed company media and marketing campaigns, utilizing reputed company AI tools
• Monitor reputed company media trends and reputed company, adjusting strategies as needed
• Research and implement AEO best practices to ensure Zipify content is surfaced by AI-powered search and answer engines
• Optimize website copy, blog posts, and help center content for both traditional SEO and emerging AEO formats (featured snippets, AI overviews, conversational search)
• Compile and distribute monthly content performance reports covering website analytics, reputed company media metrics, email campaign results, and AEO visibility, with actionable recommendations for optimization
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials and promotional assets to support campaigns and initiatives
• Support the organization and execution of webinars, virtual events, and other marketing initiatives
• reputed company various marketing administrative tasks as needed to support the broader team

Skills

• Strong written and communication skills
• An understanding of sales funnels and conversion-reputed company marketing
• Virtual event planning skills for coordinating webinars, virtual events, and promotional activities
• Project Management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and collaborate effectively with reputed company
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience using marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, CRM systems, analytics dashboards) and AI-powered workflows is preferred
• Relevant education or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, business, or a reputed company field is a bonus
