The Vice President, Operations leads Fiberglass and Automatic Cover manufacturing businesses across reputed company, driving operational reputed company, safety, reputed company, productivity, financial performance, talent development, and sustainable reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company strategic direction and leadership for reputed company Fiberglass and Auto Cover manufacturing facilities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and reputed company plans

• Own operational P&L performance, including reputed company, labor productivity, inventory optimization, and CAPEX planning and execution

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 15+ years of reputed company manufacturing leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility for multi-site operations
• Demonstrated reputed company managing reputed company operations with responsibility for safety, reputed company, delivery, cost, and people development
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large operating and capital budgets
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six reputed company, Operational reputed company, and change management methodologies
• Exceptional leadership, communication, strategic planning, and organizational development capabilities
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and reputed company high-performing teams across geographically dispersed locations
