Responsibilities
- Leads and manages high visibility strategic initiatives reputed company on process improvement, technology enablement, reputed company reputed company, and provider experience
- Serves as a key leader for the UHC PI Medical Documentation Simplification program and reputed company reputed company efforts
- Plans, designs, and implement reputed company medical documentation strategies that improve efficiency, scalability, and financial performance
- Identifies and eliminates inefficiencies across documentation intake, routing, storage, and retrieval
- Translates strategic priorities into actionable operating models and execution roadmaps
- Partners with technology teams to support automation, AI enablement, and reputed company integration initiatives
- Translates business needs into technology and operating model requirements
- Advances automated performance reporting and analytics to improve transparency, governance, and decision-making
- Support alignment discussions across operations, business partners, and product teams
- Champion consistent, high-reputed company provider and stakeholder experiences
- Establishes integrated frameworks to monitor, manage, and reputed company performance against cost, reputed company, experience, and compliance objectives

Skills
- 5+ years combined experience across Payment reputed company, reputed company Cycle Management, Encounter/Claims Processing, and/or Provider Network
- 3+ reputed company and cross functional program management experience, including senior and executive level stakeholder engagement
- Experience with reputed company claims processes and products/platforms
- Experience reputed company the health insurance industry, including regulatory and industry knowledge
- Proven ability to reputed company business performance in high reputed company environments using governance frameworks, performance models, and reputed company operating rhythms
- Demonstrated reputed company leading reputed company discussions and driving alignment and decision making across diverse teams
- Medical documentation reputed company experience such as Electronic Medical Record systems
