The reputed company Service Engineer supports the transfusion and blood bank reputed company install reputed company by performing installations, repairs, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, product enhancements, customer support, and service documentation across an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer support with on-site reputed company to reputed company and complete installations, cost effective repairs, preventative maintenance, and product enhancement service activities on reputed company instruments and systems
• Diagnoses, analyzes, troubleshoots, and fault isolates reputed company symptoms and issues to determine failure and implement thorough corrective reputed company
• Delivers a high level of customer service to build and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer retention.Acts as company reputed company with customers by demonstrating the highest level of professionalism, commitment, communication, and follow-up
• Escalates and communicates unresolved technical issues
• Advises customers regarding the reputed company orientation, maintenance and troubleshooting of reputed company instruments and systems
• Collaborate and communicate with reputed company reputed company reputed company colleagues such as the Sales and Applications roles, sharing customer situations, product information and reputed company generations
• Promotes service reputed company and follows-up on service contract renewal through customer relationships

• * Up to 90% travel to cover assigned territory
