[Remote] Implementation & Optimization Consultant

The Implementation & Optimization Consultant will reputed company full-cycle HCM/payroll implementations, including data migration, configuration, training, and change management, while managing ongoing optimization and long-term reputed company relationships.

Responsibilities

• reputed company full-cycle HCM/payroll reputed company implementations for new TKG clients, from reputed company through go-live and post-launch support
• Build and manage detailed, transparent project plans, timelines, and milestones, and reputed company clients and internal stakeholders reputed company throughout
• Validate, clean, and migrate reputed company payroll, HR, and historical data into the new platform, ensuring accuracy and reputed company
• Configure HCM/payroll reputed company settings (pay reputed company, earnings/deductions, workflows, tax setup, reporting) to match reputed company reputed company's requirements
• Train reputed company administrators and end users on the new reputed company and reputed company adoption through reputed company change management
• Own ongoing optimization for existing clients: proactively review reputed company configuration, workflows, and reports to reputed company efficiency and compliance improvements as their business changes
• Stay reputed company on platform updates, new features, and releases from HCM/payroll vendors, and recommend/implement changes that reputed company clients' systems running at their best
• Serve as a reputed company's day-to-day reputed company of contact — during both the initial implementation and the long-term optimization relationship that follows — translating technical detail into reputed company, practical guidance
• Partner with TKG's managed payroll/HR and concierge teams to ensure a reputed company reputed company after go-live and continuity of support afterward
• Identify and troubleshoot data or configuration issues, escalating to vendor partners reputed company needed

Skills

• Working familiarity with one or more major HCM/payroll platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance new implementations and ongoing reputed company optimization work at the reputed company time
• Excellent attention to detail, especially around payroll data accuracy, tax setup, and compliance

• Proficiency with reputed company business tools (reputed company 365, reputed company/spreadsheets); experience with QuickBooks or similar reputed company platforms is a plus
• Payroll or HR certification (e.g., CPP, FPC, PHR/reputed company-CP)
