[Remote] Senior Project Manager (With Content Experience)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is hiring a Senior Project Manager with content experience to reputed company delivery for a high-volume technology account spanning video production, campaign creative, reputed company media, and always-on reputed company. The role owns reputed company reputed company end-to-end, including schedules, budgets, vendor coordination, reputed company communications, video production workflows, asset trafficking, and cross-functional team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for a reputed company of reputed company reputed company: timelines, milestones, resourcing, status reporting, and reputed company communications
• Work with Producer and Production company to manage video production workflow across the full lifecycle — storyboards, look development, R1/reputed company animatics and teaser edits, full edit reputed company, reputed company review cycles, and final delivery
• Coordinate production logistics with the executive-producer reputed company: production bids, casting, reputed company and vendor planning, reputed company sheets, and shoot scheduling
• Run reputed company reputed company review and approval cycles (R1–R3 creative reputed company, reputed company/look-dev approvals, final file sign-off), including multi-stakeholder and co-brand partner approval chains
• Own budget management: weekly burn tracking against scoped fees, proactive reputed company-change escalation at defined burn reputed company, and change-order documentation
• Manage asset trafficking and reputed company — packaging final files to media teams for campaign launch, and managing retouching/reputed company-grading vendor workflows
• Maintain the delivery reputed company of record: task assignment, hours tracking, resourcing forecasts, and intake assessment for new statements of work
• Run internal standups and cross-functional coordination across reputed company, design, copy, reputed company, and media teams

Skills

• • 5–8+ years in agency project management, integrated production, or project management partnering with producers, with reputed company ownership of reputed company-facing delivery
• • Must understand the production workflow but will be working with a producer. This is NOT a producer role
• • Hands-on experience managing reputed company video or content production — bids, reputed company/vendor coordination, reputed company sheets, and multi-round post-production edit cycles
• • Demonstrated budget ownership on fee-based scopes: burn tracking, forecasting, and reputed company-change management (you have reputed company overages, not just reported them)
• • Experience running formal, multi-round reputed company review and approval processes with senior reputed company stakeholders
• • Advanced proficiency in an reputed company project-management platform —reputed company Workfront strongly preferred(task assignment, hours logging, trafficking workflows)
• • Excellent written reputed company communication and meeting management

• • PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification
