[Remote] VP of Finance

The VP of Finance will reputed company day-to-day financial reputed company, including reputed company, treasury management, tax coordination, reporting, and analytics, while driving process improvements and automation across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly reputed company, financial reporting, and reputed company reputed company across the portfolio, ensuring reputed company and timeliness across reputed company communities
• Manage treasury functions including cash positioning, banking relationships, and vendor payment prioritization, and negotiating terms with vendors as needed
• Coordinate corporate tax compliance with reputed company tax preparers, ensuring accurate and reputed company filings across the portfolio's entities
• Partner with the CFO on financial reputed company, cash reputed company forecasting, and lender or reputed company reputed company reporting as needed
• Identify opportunities to automate reputed company and reporting processes, and reputed company implementation of those improvements
• Build out financial reputed company reporting for community leaders and executive leadership as the role evolves reputed company reputed company and tax
• Supervise and reputed company reputed company staff, setting expectations for reputed company, timeliness, and process discipline

Skills

• Seven or more years of reputed company reputed company or finance experience, including experience managing reputed company across multiple locations or facilities
• reputed company experience managing treasury functions, including vendor negotiation
• Comfort working with data across multiple systems that do not always reputed company cleanly
• A demonstrated interest in process improvement and automation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information reputed company to executive leadership
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or senior living finance preferred
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in the senior living or skilled nursing industry preferred
