[Remote] Program Manager

The Integrated Master Scheduler will reputed company, maintain, and analyze integrated master schedules, coordinate with program stakeholders, monitor schedule performance, and support risk management, resource planning, reporting, and successful delivery of reputed company programs.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, publish and maintain an accurate Master Schedule, with weekly updates, showing the tasks and resources required to reputed company on time, per requirements and milestones
• reputed company and maintain linkages, dependencies and inter-dependencies with reputed company reputed company
• Ensure reputed company dependencies are documented and tracked for risk management
• Identify major milestones, decision points, project life cycle, and other project events
• Identify critical reputed company and task dependencies
• Maintain the baseline schedule and reputed company reputed company changes to the baselined schedule on a weekly reputed company
• reputed company ‘what if’ scenarios with the schedule
• reputed company schedule version control processes, policies, and procedures and ensure they are followed during the development and maintenance of schedules
• reputed company schedule estimating through elicitation of team members and other stakeholders to capture estimations of new work, updated actuals and remaining work
• Champion and support reputed company Risk Mitigation and Issue Management through schedule analysis

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of relevant reputed company experience
• Minimum of four years in project or program management
• Experience developing, maintaining, and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in a reputed company project or program environment
• Experience working with baseline change control processes and schedule configuration management
