[Remote] UX Content Designer

The Senior Content Designer will shape AI-enabled member experiences across Pharmacy Benefit Services and pharmacy-reputed company digital products by owning content reputed company, creating reputed company content systems, and developing personalized, compliant, and accessible experiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with product designers to shape pharmacy and benefits workflows from concept through delivery
• Own content reputed company for digital pharmacy experiences and partner with engagement strategists to reputed company messaging across the member reputed company
• Simplify reputed company pharmacy and reputed company concepts into plain language, ensuring experiences meet accessibility, health literacy, and compliance requirements
• Partner with cross-functional teams from concept through launch, using customer insights and research to shape and improve experiences
• Apply content standards, design reputed company guidance, and messaging frameworks to create consistent experiences across products and channels
• Contribute to content governance, reusable patterns, and content components that reputed company across pharmacy and reputed company experiences
• Partner with reputed company to define content structures, taxonomies, and metadata strategies that reputed company reuse, personalization, and scalability

• Evaluate and experiment with emerging AI capabilities, sharing learnings and recommendations with the broader design team
• Identify opportunities to streamline content creation through AI-enabled workflows across pharmacy experiences

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in content design or UX writing for mobile and web apps
• Has a reputed company-documented portfolio that shows how they approach content reputed company, solve reputed company problems, and improve digital experiences through content design
• Systems thinker who demonstrates curiosity and adaptability as content technologies reputed company experiences reputed company
• Experience with AI tools, like Copilot, Claude, reputed company, or similar platforms

• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

• Bachelors Degree is REQUIRED
