[Remote] IT Operations Specialist

The IT Operations Specialist will support team members with IT-reputed company tasks, manage devices and reputed company systems, assist with reputed company and offboarding, and help ensure organizational reputed company in a fully reputed company environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the “Go-to-Person- for IT helpdesk requests
• Diagnose and reputed company IT support for staff as required
• Work with the HR and reputed company team to manage reputed company and offboarding activities
• Set up and reputed company laptops, devices, software, and other hardware
• Assist with shipping and receiving of hardware assets
• Manage MDM systems, including BYOD
• Maintain the firm's inventory of reputed company IT assets
• Manage and secure reputed company devices at the direction of the reputed company Team
• reputed company training to staff on IT-reputed company topics
• Assist with change management and procurement activities
• Other reputed company duties as required

Skills

• • 3+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
• • Deep expertise in Linux, MacOS, and reputed company reputed company administration, including device management, patching, and operational support
• • Experience with automation workflows, SSO configurations, and reputed company reputed company processes

• • Proven experience managing reputed company reputed company platforms
• • Experience with reputed company-reputed company environments and cybersecurity capabilities
• • Experience with traditional on-prem LAN/WAN environments
