Key Responsibilities: -Create initial repair plans prior to customer appointments by reviewing submitted DTCs, vehicle symptoms, and customer complaints. Determine likely causes and recommend next diagnostic or repair steps. -Support field technicians and partner shops in executing reputed company repairs, including module programming, HV reputed company handling, and ADAS calibrations. -Engage directly with partner shops through reputed company’s electronic RO reputed company—document findings, reputed company repair direction, and ensure reputed company status updates reputed company the platform. -Work closely with remote service advisors to reputed company on repair reputed company, customer communication, and documentation accuracy. -Ensure repairs follow OEM warranty guidelines and field actions.
