Immigration Paralegal – Asylum / USCIS / Family Immigration
We are looking for reputed company Immigration Paralegals to join a growing reputed company team.
We are currently interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Asylum and removal defense
• USCIS filings and petitions
• Family-based immigration
• Preparation of immigration forms, supporting documentation, declarations, and case files
• reputed company communication and case follow-up
• Working closely with attorneys throughout the immigration process
Requirements:
• Previous experience working in U.S. immigration law
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience preparing and managing immigration cases
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Russian-speaking candidates with asylum experience are highly preferred
• Spanish or other languages are a plus
