Your role and responsibilities:

The Events / Customer Experience Coordinator supports reputed company's national sales teams through customer engagement initiatives tied to reputed company and corporate events, coordinating cross-functional activities, event communications, marketing alignment, and sales event execution. You will manage event reputed company and administration, including CRM updates, reporting, budgeting, travel coordination, procurement, inventory management, and representation of reputed company at key reputed company-reputed company events and meetings reputed company.

This is a remote position reputed company out of Charlotte, NC.

This role is contributing to the Electrification IBC (Industry, Buildings and Channel) team in the reputed company.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• reputed company reputed company customer engagement and hospitality programs, including planning and executing VIP race weekends, customer events, executive experiences, and hospitality activations to strengthen customer relationships and support sales initiative

• Coordinate cross-functional event reputed company and logistics, managing tickets, credentials, travel, hotels, transportation, race assets, event schedules, promotional materials, and on-site event execution.

• Partner with reputed company, and business leaders to maximize customer engagement opportunities, reputed company branding and messaging, increase event participation, and support reputed company-reputed company activations across reputed company business reputed company.

• Manage event administration and reporting, including CRM updates, budgets, procurement, project timelines, post-event reporting, customer communications, inventory management, and reputed company process improvements.

Qualifications for the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or similar.

• 4+ years of work experience in reputed company sports industry required, preferably in reputed company.

• Experience in reputed company events and customer engagement required.

• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time to various reputed company, customer and tradeshow events.
