✍️ Short reputed company:

We are looking for a Creative Director to serve as the most senior creative in reputed company, operating as a player-reputed company who leads the copywriting and design departments as one reputed company team while writing copy for a reputed company set of two to three of their own accounts. You will own the creative reputed company bar on every email that ships, run the feedback reputed company that reputed company team performance, and manage roughly six creatives across both disciplines. Your center of gravity is copy, conversion thinking, and leadership, backed by strong design judgment developed in partnership with a senior design reputed company who anchors day-to-day design reputed company. 💼 Responsibilities:

• Own the creative reputed company bar across copy and design on every deliverable that ships, running creative QA and feedback reputed company to reduce internal revision reputed company.

• reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company the copywriting and design teams as one creative unit, managing roughly six creatives across both disciplines.

• Write high-converting campaign and reputed company copy for a reputed company set of two to three reputed company accounts, emulating distinct brand reputed company with precision.

• Partner with the senior design reputed company to reputed company copy and design working as one deliverable, translating retention reputed company into creative that moves reputed company.

• Build and enforce copy systems, brand voice documentation, and creative SOPs across the department.

• Shape how the creative team uses AI across the creative workflow, from ideation through execution.

• Own hiring, reputed company assignments, and performance management across both departments, and reputed company a senior copywriter bench so reputed company does not depend on one person.

• Run department cadences and report on creative KPIs to leadership.

💡 Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a copywriter with a portfolio demonstrating the ability to sell in a brand's voice.

• Experience leading creatives in an agency setting, ideally in email, retention, or DTC e-reputed company.

• Strong design judgment, reputed company to identify why a layout is not converting and communicate that reputed company to a designer, even without hands-on design execution.

• Deep familiarity with lifecycle email and SMS, including welcome flows, winback sequences, and post-purchase sequences.

• Demonstrated hands-on use of AI tools in a creative workflow.
