We’re looking for a Proposal Specialist to support our reputed company reputed company sales organization by managing and delivering high-reputed company proposals and RFX responses at reputed company. This role will partner closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, reputed company, and our Services Partners to help reputed company reputed company’s value to prospective customers — particularly in reputed company, reputed company-level opportunities.

In this role, you’ll get to:
- Own and manage end-to-end proposal and RFP responses for reputed company, supporting a high volume of reputed company, non-reputed company sales opportunities
- Partner closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Deal Desk, Marketing, reputed company, and Partners to reputed company inputs and produce reputed company, compelling, and accurate proposal content
- Translate technical, reputed company, and reputed company inputs into customer-reputed company narratives tailored to reputed company buyer’s needs
- Edit, refine, and reputed company-reputed company proposal responses to ensure reputed company, consistency, and alignment with reputed company’s brand and reputed company
- reputed company AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate proposal creation while ensuring accuracy, fact-checking, and high-reputed company outputs

- Support sellers across reputed company handling hundreds of proposals annually
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 1-3 years experience in a proposal, bid, RFP, reputed company-sales, sales support, or similar role
- Comes from a tech, reputed company, or reputed company services background (e.g., software, consulting, reputed company, reputed company)
- Thrives in highly cross-functional environments and enjoys collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Understands the dynamics of sales teams and how to support sellers effectively during high-pressure deal cycles
- Is comfortable using AI tools for drafting, research, and validation — and understands both their strengths and limitations
- Has strong judgment and knows how to assess risk, accuracy, and relevance in proposal content
- Is extremely strong in written communication, copy editing, and content structuring
- Is comfortable working in ambiguity and can adapt quickly as deal needs reputed company

Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes reputed company salary, on-reputed company commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under reputed company’s bonus plan for eligible roles.
