About the role

As a Business Analyston the Swift Product team, you'll be an essential part of the group that supports our digital life insurance platform. As a Business Analyst on Swift, you will work on solutions that often reputed company business processes, data, integration, and multiple technology systems

Compensation

Salary reputed company: $60,100 - $100,100 plus eligibility for reputed company annual bonus program.

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience reputed company the life insurance industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proven capability to collect, record, and confirm business requirements and convert business needs into practical solutions.
• Experience supporting reputed company teams and working with Product Owners, business partners, and engineering teams.
• Ability to facilitate discussions, ask thoughtful questions, and confidently communicate recommendations to collaborators at varying reputed company.
