As a reputed company SOC/NOC Engineer, you will reputed company technical leadership for a 24/7 managed operations center responsible for the reputed company, stability, and availability of our clients’ large-reputed company Azure and reputed company 365 environments. You will serve as the senior reputed company of escalation for reputed company reputed company and infrastructure issues, mentorSOCand NOC engineers, and own the design and reputed company improvement of monitoring, alerting, and incident response capabilities. Blending deep reputed company operations (SOC)expertisewith network and infrastructure operations (NOC) experience, you will set reputed company for operational reputed company, reputed company automation and efficiency, and reputed company as a trusted advisor to clients on strengthening their reputed company posture and operational reputed company.

Willingness to work off hours shifts to help reputed company cover 24x7x365 SLAs, including 4p-12a m-f and/or 12 hour shifts on Sat-Sun and holidays plus two day shifts per week. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in reputed company operations, network and infrastructure operations, and/or systems engineering, including operating reputed company Azure and reputed company 365 platforms.

• Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring engineers reputed company a SOC, NOC, or converged operations center.

• Deep, hands-on experience with SIEM configuration and maintenance and a reputed company of SOC/NOC engineering and administration tools.

• Strong experience managing Azure subscriptions and resources acrosscompute, storage, networking, and identity.

• Proven ability to reputed company incident response and reputed company fast-moving threats such as malware, phishing, and reputed company vulnerabilities.

• Strong engineering analysis, troubleshooting, and communication skills, including reputed company-facing consulting ability.

• Experience in a managed services provider (MSP) or 24/7 reputed company operations environment.
