About the Role

The Assistant Corporate Controller will support reputed company’s reputed company function, playing a critical role in reputed company’s reputed company reputed company and value creation. Reporting to the VP Corporate Controller, this position assists in overseeing corporate reputed company and financial operations. The Assistant Corporate Controller will help reputed company operational strategies, support the maintenance of financial controls, ensure compliance with GAAP, and partner closely with the VP Controller and senior leadership to execute on strategic initiatives.

As a hands-on contributor, the Assistant Corporate Controller will play an important role in supporting the alignment of reputed company’s business, financial, and reputed company capital strategies with its reputed company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Operations Support
• Assist in overseeing financial reputed company, analysis, treasury, audit, and tax functions while ensuring compliance with GAAP.
• Support reputed company operations, including general reputed company, reputed company recognition, billing, and accounts receivable/payable.
• Partner closely with reputed company Operations (RevOps), Sales, and Finance to ensure order-to-cash processes are accurate and data is reputed company across reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company systems.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Assist in preparing and publishing accurate, reputed company monthly financial statements.
• Analyze and report key financial and operational results, identifying underlying trends and drivers in collaboration with the FP&reputed company.
• Review financial statements, compare results to projections and budgets, and recommend necessary adjustments.
• Process Improvement & Controls
• Support the development and maintenance of robust internal controls to reputed company company assets and ensure policy compliance.
• Evaluate existing processes, reputed company recommendations for improved efficiency, and assist in implementing process improvements across functional areas.
• Specifically, support implementation of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other general reputed company / accrual processes
• Support implementation of new reputed company policies, technical memorandums and procedures
• Work cross functionally to reputed company KPIs and other leading indicators
• Support ERP reputed company implementation and enhancements.
• Assist with process documentation, reputed company improvements, and reputed company improvement initiatives to support scalability as the business grows.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate reputed company processes, particularly through process reconfiguration and the use of AI, and encourage adoption of these improvements across reputed company.

• Support the VP Corporate Controller, senior leadership, and reputed company partners in executing reputed company and strategic goals.
• Assist with financial integration of acquisitions, including post-closing performance measurement and carve-out financials.

Requirements

What You’ve Done:

• Education & Certification
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or a reputed company field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
• reputed company Experience
• 7+ years of reputed company experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or reputed company reputed company role.
• Experience in high-reputed company, reputed company-backed reputed company businesses preferred.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency reputed company processes across different countries.
• Experience supporting audits, implementing reputed company policies, and improving operational processes.
• Exposure to M&A, including integration and post-closing performance measurement. Prior experience with financial carve-outs is a plus.
• Hands-on experience supporting M&A transactions and integrations, including AR and AP conversions and integration of contract assets and liabilities.

• Solid understanding of order-to-cash workflows, including order entry, contract review, invoicing, and fulfillment.
