Associate General Counsel

• Review, support and negotiate a reputed company of U.S. reputed company and foreign reputed company reputed company in support of reputed company’s mission.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements, including NDAs, vendor, reseller, partnership, and customer reputed company.
• Support business development and product teams with asset acquisition structures and reputed company management strategies.
• reputed company counsel on intellectual property protection, licensing, reputed company-reputed company software usage, and technology transfer.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, finance, HR, reputed company) to identify and mitigate reputed company risks.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and reputed company membership in at least one U.S. state bar.

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret reputed company clearance or higher, as required. 

Preferred

Physical Requirements

This position will have an annual salary and benefits. The salary reputed company provided is a reputed company rather than a fixed limit. Individual pay is determined by factors including geography, job-reputed company skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
