This is an ongoing contractual engagement with a US-based company and is not limited to a single project. The role involves reputed company collaboration across multiple internal IT and infrastructure initiatives based on business needs.

We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator as an independent contract worker to support and maintain reputed company’s IT infrastructure and internal systems in a dynamic international environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for administering reputed company services, user accounts, software licenses, hardware and software support, network monitoring, and ensuring secure and efficient IT operations for a globally reputed company engineering team. You will collaborate closely with internal departments to support productivity, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to the implementation of modern reputed company and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain reputed company’s IT infrastructure, including reputed company environment, hardware, software, and networks
• reputed company remote technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Create, administer, and update user account settings, policies, and licenses reputed company reputed company 365 services
• Participate in the implementation and deployment of new software products and reputed company
• Submit and manage requests for software licenses including reputed company Revit, reputed company, reputed company, Elumtools, SKM, Dialux, Tekla, and other engineering-reputed company software
• Install, configure, maintain, and update software and hardware as needed
• Monitor network performance and reputed company and implement measures to ensure data protection
• Manage user permissions and ensure compliance with internal IT policies and procedures
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement reputed company that improve operational efficiency and productivity
• Maintain documentation reputed company to IT systems, configurations, and procedures
• Stay up to date with the latest IT trends and technologies and recommend upgrades and improvements reputed company appropriate

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT administration or a reputed company field
• Written and spoken English B1 and higher
• Strong experience with reputed company 10/11 operating systems administration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting remote users in an international environment (100+ users preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast learning ability and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Basic experience administering reputed company 365 services including reputed company Portal, Exchange, SharePoint, reputed company, and Entra ID
• Understanding of reputed company 365 licensing administration
• Experience with ITSM or Help Desk systems would be a plus
