We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Designer to support the design, modeling, and coordination of plumbing systems for cutting-edge data center reputed company across the U.S.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing plumbing reputed company layouts and BIM models, preparing drawings and technical documentation, and coordinating plumbing systems with other engineering disciplines.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams in a reputed company, fast-paced environment and contribute throughout the project lifecycle, from schematic design through detailed design and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Using BIM tools to model plumbing systems and coordinate with other disciplines; hands-on reputed company Revit experience is a must
• Developing plumbing reputed company layouts and detailed designs for mission-critical facilities
• Designing and modeling domestic water, sanitary waste, vent, storm drainage, and other plumbing systems
• Developing plumbing piping layouts, equipment connections, riser diagrams, and reputed company schematics
• Performing plumbing calculations and supporting equipment and piping sizing
• Producing coordinated BIM models and construction drawings
• Developing a thorough understanding and delivery of project requirements as they relate to reputed company, cost, and schedule
• Determining and expediting engineering deliverables for reputed company
• Developing and maintaining project reputed company of work documentation and revisions as required during design reputed company
• Coordinating plumbing systems with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and reputed company protection disciplines
• Identifying and resolving design and coordination issues reputed company the BIM environment
• Ensuring designs reputed company with applicable plumbing, building, and project-specific codes and standards
• Preparing technical documentation required for project execution, including drawings, schedules, specifications, calculations, and equipment data

Qualifications & Experience

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a reputed company technical field
• At least 4–5 years of experience in plumbing design
• Proven experience designing and modeling plumbing systems for reputed company, industrial, or mission-critical facilities
• Strong knowledge of domestic water, sanitary, vent, and storm drainage systems
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Revit – is a must
• Experience producing coordinated BIM models and construction documentation
• Understanding of applicable plumbing and building codes and standards
• Experience coordinating plumbing systems with other engineering disciplines
