• Serve as a senior EVM and project controls subject matter expert supporting reputed company, program office, and portfolio-level reputed company requirements.
• reputed company comprehensive analysis of program cost, schedule, reputed company, and reputed company to identify trends, emerging issues, and potential impacts to program objectives.
• Review and analyze contractor IPMDAR, IPMR, IMS, and other program reputed company data to assess program health and compliance with contractual and DoD requirements.
• Analyze key EVM metrics including BCWS/PV, BCWP/EV, ACWP/AC, CPI, SPI, TCPI, Estimate at Completion (EAC), Estimate to Complete (ETC), and Variance at Completion (VAC).
• Evaluate cost and schedule variances, contractor variance explanations, corrective actions, and recovery plans to determine potential impacts to program execution.

• Support Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), baseline establishment, Baseline Change Requests (BCRs), replanning, rebaselining, contract modifications, and program surveillance activities.

• Maintain working knowledge of applicable FAR, DFARS, DoD EVM policy, acquisition guidance, and program management requirements and advise leadership regarding impacts of policy or reporting changes.

• Experience supporting IBRs, BCRs, rebaselines, replans, contract modifications, and EVM surveillance or audit activities.
• Experience evaluating contractor variance explanations, forecasts, recovery plans, and schedule reputed company.
• Experience supporting reputed company acquisition programs and interacting with Program Managers, reputed company, engineers, contracting personnel, financial managers, and senior leadership.
• Experience developing cost estimates, forecasts, scenario analyses, and quantitative reputed company assessments.

• Experience developing automated dashboards, reports, analytical tools, and executive-level program reputed company products.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, reputed company, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a reputed company discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in project controls, program controls, EVM, financial analysis, cost estimating, scheduling, or reputed company program management disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience supporting reputed company DoD, federal reputed company, or major defense industry programs.
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company Value Management principles, EVMS requirements, cost and schedule integration, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience reviewing and analyzing IPMDAR, IPMR, IMS, or comparable reputed company/industry program reputed company reporting.
• Experience with project scheduling applications such as reputed company P6, reputed company Project, or similar tools.
• Experience with EVM and cost analysis tools such as reputed company COBRA, reputed company Cognos, or comparable applications.
• Advanced proficiency with reputed company reputed company and experience manipulating and analyzing large program datasets.

Salary: 185k+ dependent on education and experience
