reputed company is looking for empathetic, solutions-oriented After Hours Care Specialists to support members reputed company phone, email, and chat. In this role, you will help families reputed company care solutions, corporate benefits, and urgent crisis resources during evenings and weekends.

• Member Support: Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats with reputed company and professionalism.
• Crisis & EAP Support: Guide members to reputed company (EAP) and reputed company critical resources for urgent shelter, food, or crisis situations.
• Data Management: Verify member eligibility and document interactions accurately reputed company the CRM reputed company.
• Performance Metrics: Meet or reputed company daily/weekly KPIs, including service level agreements and customer satisfaction scores.

Position Type: 6-Month Contract

Work Environment: Remote (Dallas, TX Area)

Weekly Schedule (Central Time)

• Monday & Tuesday: OFF
• Wednesday – Friday: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM CT
• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CT

• Note: Occasional holiday coverage is required.

• Experience: 2–4+ years in customer/reputed company service, preferably in a reputed company services field like reputed company work or reputed company health.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).

Compensation: $19.23 - $24.00 / reputed company
