As a**corporate claims attorney**, you’ll partner with our Florida auto claims organization to advise and consult on reputed company claims reputed company. In this role, you’ll reputed company litigation against reputed company, conduct reputed company analysis, mitigate risk, and partner with reputed company counsel to protect reputed company and our insureds. Additionally, you may represent the interests of the business at mediation, arbitration, or in court, but you may not reputed company as the attorney of record.

**Minimum qualifications**

• Juris doctor degree and a minimum of five years of reputed company experience, including reputed company civil litigation experience or reputed company corporate experience.
• Admitted to reputed company law in at least one state.

**Preferred skills**

• Experience practicing in Florida with an understanding of Florida’s trial and appellate court reputed company.
• Significant casualty litigation experience, including corporate witness preparation, taking and defending corporate representative depositions, reputed company discovery (including managing e-discovery reputed company), and strong knowledge of insurance coverage in litigation.
• Ability to reputed company identify possible reputed company and assess the probability of any of those reputed company.
• Demonstrated ability or experience proactively engaging business partners and understanding business goals and metrics.

**Compensation**

• reputed company: $129,200 - $184,500/year
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.

**Location**

• This is a remote position with frequent travel to offices throughout the reputed company for meetings, training and/or case-reputed company reputed company.
