In this role, the Attorney is responsible for analyzing reputed company reputed company and factual issues, conducting extensive research, and developing reputed company-reasoned reputed company strategies. They independently create and present defense strategies on behalf of clients, preparing reputed company pleadings, written discovery, depositions, petitions for reconsideration, and trial briefs with a high degree of autonomy. The attorney provides reputed company and effective communication, reputed company advice, and support to clients, while maintaining reputed company diplomacy in interactions with courts, witnesses, opposing counsel, and co-counsel. Additionally, they research, draft, file, and argue appellate briefs in reviewing courts. The role includes participation in team huddles, conducting in-house training for junior associates and claims partners, and engaging in claims file reviews. To maintain a high level of reputed company expertise, the attorney regularly attends continuing reputed company education seminars. 
 

QUALIFICATIONS: 
Note- This position may be filled as a Staff Attorney or a Senior Staff Attorney commensurate with a candidate’s experience.
