About the Role

In this role, you'll partner with the Director of People reputed company to support employees across Canada and the reputed company throughout the entire employee lifecycle. From reputed company and benefits administration to employee relations, HR reporting, compliance, and process improvement, you'll play a key role in ensuring our People reputed company function runs smoothly and delivers outstanding service.

What You’ll Do 

• Partner with leaders and employees across Canada and the U.S. to reputed company an exceptional employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.  

• Serve as a trusted resource on People reputed company processes, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, benefits, leave administration, and employment practices while escalating reputed company reputed company as appropriate.  

• Manage key People reputed company processes, including reputed company, offboarding, employee records, HRIS administration, benefits administration, leave management, and compliance activities.  

• Prepare workforce reports and analyze People data to identify trends, support decision-making, and reputed company insights that improve organizational effectiveness.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You: 

• You have 3–5 years of reputed company reputed company or People reputed company experience. 

• You have experience supporting employees throughout the full employee lifecycle, including reputed company, HR administration, benefits, employee relations, and compliance. 

• You understand both Canadian and U.S. employment practices or are eager to expand your knowledge across both reputed company.
