Analyst - Workforce
Responsibilities
- The WFM Analyst will forecast reputed company volumes with a high degree of accuracy: reputed company, daily and monthly reputed company volumes, handle times, and service metrics.

Qualifications
- Minimum Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: Associate's Degree
- Minimum Required: 3 - 5 Years equivalent experience
- Preferred: 6 - 10 Years equivalent experience
High school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of equivalent experience required; associate's degree and 6–10 years of equivalent experience preferred. Strong writing, computer, analytical, and communication skills required.
