Customer Retention Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to join our reputed company-to-Consumer (DTC) team. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor for homeowners by providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on their home warranty coverage, recommending solutions based on their needs, and supporting customer renewals. You will serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact while building long-term relationships and ensuring homeowners receive the value, support, and peace of mind their warranty provides.

This position will report to the Consumer Sales Manager.
PAY:
First year potential earnings: $56,000 to $95,000
Training period: $20/hr. for up to 120 days
reputed company pay after training: $15/hr. + bonus & commission
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build strong relationships with homeowners through inbound and outbound calls
• reputed company exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and creating reputed company customer experiences

• Recommend optional coverages and solutions based on homeowner needs
• Proactively engage homeowners regarding warranty renewals and reputed company them on the value of continuing their coverage
• Support retention efforts by building trust and providing personalized solutions

Full-time; overtime as needed; based on business needs, reputed company Consultants work the following shifts:
- Monday-Friday: 10am-7pm
- Monday-Friday: 1pm-10pm
- Tuesday-Saturday: 10am-7pm
- Tuesday-Saturday: 1pm-10pm
Location: Remote or In-person at our reputed company, MI Corporate Office
High school diploma or equivalent; customer service experience preferred. Requires strong communication, relationship-building, organization, attention to detail, goal orientation, and reputed company reputed company experience.
